Welcome to the Fort Bliss OCSA!

It's time to kick off a new year with the OCSA. For those of you just moving to the Fort Bliss/El Paso area, welcome to the neighborhood and we hope you can join our group. For our returning members, we are looking forward to an exciting new year. The OCSA offers so many opportunities for spouses, family members, civilians, and Officers - those both new to Fort Bliss and the surrounding community, as well as to those who permanently call El Paso home. The OCSA is a private non-profit organization whose mission is to organize and sponsor educational, charitable, and social activities.

We are an organization that gives back to national, local, and Army communities through a variety of fundraising events during the course of the year. Some of these include the National Military Family Association, El Paso Diabetes Program, and the American Red Cross to name a few. We also award college scholarships to qualified military dependents (students and spouses) to further their academic endeavors.

The OCSA has a variety of themed monthly functions to socialize, meet up with old friends or make new ones, and discuss the business of our organization. We also have many ongoing "special activities" for the varying interests of our membership. Among these include (but are not limited to) book club, gourmet club and Blissful Stitchers (quilting club).
